Montebello's Women-Owned Businesses of 2022

In honor of recognizing the amazing female entrepreneurs and their investment in our community, this year, I began Montebello’s Favorite Women-Owned Businesses initiative to showcase their hard work and love for our community. These persevering and wonderful businesswomen are creating local jobs, bringing innovation, and building our local economy. Despite a global pandemic and shutdown they are all here, present, and thriving.

Women have historically and systemically been sidelined by the business world. My goal is to create a space where they all can celebrate each other’s wins and create an environment where they are recognized, supported, and loved by our community.

While I initially ran a contest to choose a first-place winner, after receiving such powerful stories and nominations, I felt it was only right to recognize everyone.

I welcome and encourage our community to shop local and support small businesses in Montebello. Supporting women-owned businesses shows your support of the women in your life and around your community. Let's give some extra love to our women entrepreneurs!
